It’s official, people, we have found the man who taught Jacob Zuma to count. And he is a doctor, no less.
For those of you who do not remember the esteemed former president of South Africa deliver a speech where he tells the world about the membership numbers of the ANC, please watch the video below:

Well we have found Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, who we think must have taught Jacob Zuma how to count.
To further clarify his credentials:
- Dr Mbuyiseni Quintin Ndlozi is a South African politician. He is a member of the Economic Freedom Fighters in the Parliament of South Africa and the party’s previous national spokesperson.
- He obtained his PhD in Political Science from the University of Witwatersrand (WITS).
- Ndlozi has been named the Most Influential Young South African for 2017 – (must be for his multiplication ability).

By the way, it was the very same president Jacob Zuma that stated in a court of law that if you have sex with someone who has HIV, all you need to do is take a shower immediately afterwards.
