Any worthy cook cannot do without good chicken or beef stock. Its really easy to make and it is so much better than the store bought stock cubes. WHY? Stock is meant to add flavour to your sauces, soups or stews. It must not be salty, but the store-bought stock cubers are very salty. So, just make a batch and freeze the stock in 250ml containers. I promise you, your dishes will be so much cleaner and tastier, with your own stock.
This chicken stock forms the basis for all my chicken or fish soups and many sauces.
