This is just a little side dish, but it plays such in important role in much of my cooking. It adds a freshness and depth of flavour to both Indian and Mexican dishes, both of which my family really loves. You could also make a batch and just add it to toast as a snack, or have it ready for when you make Pita’s.
Really, this salsa goes well with so many different dishes and cuisines.
I use it for:
- As a condiment for curries
- Chilli con carne
- Salad with BBQ
